Vineyard | The vineyards are located high above Cornudella del Montsant. The grapes come from vineyards with vines that are 50 to 60 years old and 700 meters above sea level. The soils are quite red in color and rich in calcareous clay. |

Vinification | The harvest for this wine is entirely manual and 12-kilogram boxes are used. The bunches are then put into concrete whole. After this, the natural yeasts must do their work. After fermentation, the wine is pressed and then left to ferment for another 5-6 months. The wine is made up of 50% carignan and 50% grenache. |
