About the winemaker It is the year 2000 when Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie meet at Mas Martinet in Spain. In 2001 they pick grapes together at the Perez family in Cims de Porrera for six weeks and become friends. After working together for two months at Spiceroute in South Africa, they start a small project together in Priorat. With the help of the Perez family they are able to buy some grapes and together make the first vintage Dits del Terra. This was the start of Terroir al Limit. Dominik has continued independently since 2012 and the vinification is focused on the style as we know it from Burgundy. Terra de Cuques are the "villages" Dits del Terra, Arbossar and Pedra de Guix, "premier cru" and Les Tosses and les Manyes the Grand Cru wines. The wines are really made for gastronomy, the wines are light, refined and elegant to match with dishes from the best cuisines.

Vineyard	De wijngaard voor de PX is in El Molar en de bodem bestaat hier voor een groot gedeelte uit klei. Muscat staat op een wijngaard in Porrera, waar de bodem een hoog percentage leisteen heeft.
Vinification	Er wordt hier gewerkt met een opbrengst van 3.000 kilo per hectare en er is een productie van 9.000 flessen. PX wordt geperst in een oude verticale “basket press”. De druiven worden gekneusd door er over heen te lopen en daarna zeer langzaam geperst. Muscat wordt gemaakt zoals de rode wijnen bij Terroir. De hele trossen worden in kistjes van 10 kg naar de kelder gebracht en direct in het vat gedaan. Als het vat vol is, wordt deze afgesloten en start de fermentatie op een volledig natuurlijke wijze zonder toevoeging van gist of enige additieven. De temperatuur blijft tussen 20° en 28°. Na de eerste fermentatie wordt er geperst en om de most helemaal droog te vinifiëren volgt een tweede gisting. De opvoeding vindt hierna plaats op cement. Terra de Cuques rijpt 12 maanden op 2500 liter tanks.
