About the winemaker Stefano is making a stunning Verdicchio from his vineyard in the Matelica Valley from 2020. Here in the Marches, his big dream came true and he will make his first white wine in 2020. He works his vineyard entirely by hand and without the use of herbicides or pesticides. There is also no intervention in the cellar and the wine is made in the most natural way possible.

Details

Vineyard	Coming from a vineyard located in the Matelica Valley. The planting here is 3500 sticks per hectare. The vineyard was planted in the 1970s and has a southeastern exposition.
Vinification	After the manual harvest, the grapes are completely destemmed. The grapes are then pressed softly covered with cold ice. The wine stays on the lie for 5 months. Fermentation is done in stainless steel and concrete.
