About the winemaker When Fabrice and Vincent took over from their parents, Gérard and Nicole Grebet, the domain's ambition was given new impetus and the bar for the quality of the wines was raised even higher. Since then, significant investments have been made in the domain. Gravity is being used as much as possible in the completely renovated vinification room. They strive to vinify pure and honest terroir wines and protect nature and the living environment of the family and the domain. Under the leadership of the Grebet brothers, the natural methods in the vineyard are further expanded and have resulted in complete organic certification.

Details

Vineyard	Blend of several plots with clay-limestone soils and Kimmeridgian marl, all located within 'Les Loges' - the best sub-region of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Vines are on average 40 years old.
Vinification	Immediately after harvest, the grapes are pressed, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for 6 to 10 months on the lees, minimal filtration.
