Vineyard | Cape Point Vineyards has the southernmost vineyards in the Cape. The soil at Cape Point consists mainly of Table Rock Mountain sandstone and is very dry in character. The location is approximately 1500 meters from the sea. |

Vinification | For Isliedh, “whole-bunch” pressing is used and after pressing, the juice is fermented on oak demi-muids. Of these, 50% are new. Incidentally, 5% of the total production is fermented on amphora. In total, the wine stays on these two “educators” for 10 months. |
