About the winemaker
When Fabrice and Vincent took over from their parents, Gérard and Nicole Grebet, the domain's ambition was given new impetus and the bar for the quality of the wines was raised even higher.
Since then, significant investments have been made in the domain. Gravity is being used as much as possible in the completely renovated vinification room. They strive to vinify pure and honest terroir wines and protect nature and the living environment of the family and the domain. Under the leadership of the Grebet brothers, the natural methods in the vineyard are further expanded and have resulted in complete organic certification.
