Vineyard | The soil consists of argilo-calciferous deposits and the vineyard is located at about 200 meters above sea level. The soil here was formed by the ice age and thus we see many rounded boulders and rocks in the soil that were originally in the rivers. |

Vinification | The grapes are completely destemmed after the manual harvest to avoid the severe tannins in the wine. The vinification and upbringing is entirely on cement vats and these are temperature controlled. The vinification is at 25°c and daily retempering happens twice per day. 1/3 carignan (1999), 1/3 syrah (> 40 years old) and 1/3 grenache (1999) |
