About the winemaker In the south of France, we work with Xavier Roger and Cédric Duquenoy. With their team they make a series of wines with the appellations of origin IGP Pays d'Oc, Côtes de Gascogne, Vin de France and IGP Hérault. Mostly wines from one or more grape varieties, they provide everyday wines. Wines with a recognizable taste for the grapes, which are at the basis of the wines. Wines with an excellent price-quality ratio, which are often used as house wines by our relations in the gastronomy.

Vineyard	The vineyards of this red wine are not far from the chardonnay vineyards, yet just in a different area. In Spain we know the grape variety, from which the wine is made under the name cariñena. However, in Spain, much more often than in France, the grape is used as a single-variety, or wine made from only one grape.
Vinification	Traditional red winemaking with a full fermentation and upbringing on stainless steel. The wine is really made with as much expression of the red fruit, which this grape often produces. Easy and a wine for everyday.
