About the winemaker In 2022, Camille and Guillaume started their domain in Meursault. Camille comes from a wine family in Pommard and we know Guillaume from his family estate Henri Boillot. Guillaume has made all red wines here since 2012 and, from 2020, also all white wines. The wines at this new family estate are made almost identically in style to those at the family estate. Vinification integral for the red wines and a classic white wine making for the white wines. The difference is the élevage, which is slightly shorter and the wines are therefore slightly more refined in style. The vineyards work organically with a biodynamic approach.

Vineyard	A section of the famous Corton Hill where brown clay with limestone are the main components in the soil. Famous landowners here are Domaine de la Romanee-Conti and Domaine Leroy. It is a rare grand cru
Vinification	Here the red wine making is practiced, according to the vinification integrale. A unique method where whole grapes are put directly into the barrel and the entire vinification takes place in the barrel. All the aromas are thus well preserved. For this wine, all the barriques used are new.
