Juicy, luscious red wine, in which Merlot and Syrah perfectly complement each other. Aromatic, lots of red and black fruit. In addition, slightly spicy, with notes of mint, pepper and fennel. Full and fresh on the palate, generous red fruit, a pleasant spiciness, with modest vanilla and toast due to well-integrated oak.
Delicious with rustic pie of pork and fennel or red baked / grilled steak with a spicy sauce of red wine, shallots and thyme.
