Vineyard | The vineyards are located around the village of Figuera. The grapes come from two different vineyards, both of which are quite old and higher in elevation. The soils are quite red in color and rich in limestone. |

Vinification | The harvest for this wine is entirely manual and 12-kilogram boxes are used. The bunches are then put into concrete whole. After this, the natural yeasts must do their work. After fermentation, the wine is pressed and finally stays in concrete for another 5 to 6 months. |
