Fresh blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Parellada and Malvasia. Clean nose with aromas of white flowers (jasmine), lemon zest, pear, peach and lychee. In addition, spicyness with aromas of fennel and white pepper. Refreshing, dry, mediun-bodied, with a nice bitterness in the finish.
Very versatile, as an aperitif or to accompaniment light (summer) dishes, salads, seafood and fish salads.

Bodegas Torralbenc owns 77 hectares of which 14 hectares are planted with vines. The typical rocky soil of Menorca is extremely hard and difficult to work and contains a lot of lime. Local sheep are responsible for natural grazing of the vineyards. |

Vinification |
Manual harvest in small crates after a first selection in the vineyard. Cold skin maceration for 24 to 48 hours at a temperature of 4C. Strict selection on the sorting table. The destemmed grapes are gently pressed followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maturation on the lees for several months. Each varietal is vinified separately, the wine is assembled shortly before bottling. |
