About the winemaker
Domaine Brégeon is found in Gorges, one of cru's within the Muscadet appellation. André-Michel Brégeon started at the estate in 1975 and was succeeded by Fred Lallier. Fred Lallier came in 2011, together with André-Michel Brégeon he worked the vineyards and vinified the wines in the first years. Soon he decided that the domain should work organically and so, as of 2019, all the wines are certified organic. Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation and a very long lie-contact (up to 60 months) makes the wines of this domain unique. Fred Lallier has been working completely independently at this unique domain since the 2019 harvest.
