About the winemaker Dominique Linsolas is the owner of this beautiful estate of 70 hectares, of which 20 hectares are vineyards. It is located between Nimes and Arles on the Costières plateau. He started his winery in 2009, built a cellar that meets all quality standards and has continuously improved his vineyard by planting different grape varieties to make wines according to his vision.

Vineyard	The grapes come from vineyards with soils rich in the famous galets rouge, seen so much in this part of France.
Vinification	The wine undergoes a traditional red vinification and resides in large wooden casks. After an aging of 6-8 months, the wine is bottled. The 10% carignan in the wine is made with maceration carbonique and this gives the beautiful fruit aroma in the wine.
