About the winemaker
Pierre-Jean Villa's children are following in his footsteps and will start with their own range of wines from the 2022 harvest. Hugo has been at his father's side for a number of years, while Pauline first gained experience at other companies after her studies in Dijon. The grapes come from selected plots in the best parts of appellations such as Condrieu, Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph. Like their father, they work organically and are in favor of agroforestry.

| Vineyard | The basis of this wine are the young vinesplanted on vineyards at an altitude of between 250 and 300 meters and have a soil with gneiss, schist and granite. |

| Vinification | After manual harvesting, the grapes are completely destemmed. Skin maceration for 10-15 days to extract as much color as possible from the Syrah grapes. Vinification in large barrels and stainless steel for 12 months. Bottling takes place six weeks after assembly. |
