The vineyard is worked very conscientiously with a green harvest and the removal of bunches at the beginning of the flowering season. The soil here consists largely of limestone and is well drained. |

| Vinification | After the manual harvest, in boxes no heavier than 20 kilograms, there is another selection at the estate. After this a vinification of 15 to 21 days in temperature controlled vats, 30% of the grapes according to the vinification entière. When fermentation is complete, it is followed by an aging in French oak, half of which is new, for 16 to 18 months. |
