Cape Cru - a tasting of unique wines
Rich blend of parellada, sauvignon blanc, viognier and chardonnay. Refreshing nose with aromas of spring flowers, lemon zest and white fruit. In addition, tropical and spicy notes. Gastronomic medium-bodied wine with refreshing acidity and a good finish.
Delicious with grilled sardines, smoked wild salmon, salad with green asparagus and trout, chicken with lemon confit and quiches.

In 2010, winegrowing expert José Ramón Lissarrague joins the team. His knowledge and application of his methods was crucial for vineyard management and the quality of the wines. After more than a decade of hard work and unbridled dedication, Torralbenc produced its first wine in 2016.

Bodegas Torralbenc owns 77 hectares of which 14 hectares are planted with vines. The typical rocky soil of Menorca is extremely hard and difficult to work and contains a lot of lime. Local sheep are responsible for natural grazing of the vineyards. |

Manual harvest in
small crates after a first selection in the vineyard. Cold skin maceration for
24 to 48 hours at a temperature of 4C. Strict selection on the sorting table.
The destemmed grapes are gently pressed followed by fermentation in stainless
steel tanks, maturation on the lees for several months. Each varietal is
vinified separately, the wine is assembled shortly before bottling. |
