Vineyard | Montagne de Reims for all grapes and then specifically from the villages of Villers, Bouzy and Ecueil. The vineyards in Bouzy have Grand Cru status. The age of the vines is more than 30 years. The vineyards are worked according to a biodynamic method. |

Vinification | Grapes from the different villages are vinified in both wooden barrels and stainless steel. In April following the harvest, the wine is blended and bottled after adding about 40% reserve wine. This is followed by bottle aging for a minimum of 2 years. The wines are disgorged manually and the dosage is 1 g/litre. Composition 54% pinot noir, 26% chardonnay, 20% pinot meunier. |
