| Vinification | The vinification at Thibaud is highly dependent on the vintage. Vinification entière one year and no vinification the next, use of new oak depends on the appellation of origin etc. This premier cru is for 30% raised on new oak. The upbringing in 228 liter oak barrels is 12 months and after this the wine stays on tank for another 4 months after blending. Fully de-stemmed in 2019. |
