| Vineyard | These old vineyards with vines more than 25 years old have a soil, which consists mainly of schist. The vineyards are at an altitude of about 300 meters and have an exposition to the north. |

This is followed by fermentation in concrete vats and when sugar levels are ideal, brandy is added to stop alcoholic fermentation. Lagering is entirely on walnut wood barrels of 550 liters. |
