| Vinification | The vinification at Thibaud is highly dependent on the vintage. Vinification entière one year and no vinification the next, use of new oak depends on the appellation of origin etc. This premier cru is for 20% raised on new oak. The upbringing in 228 liter oak barrels is 12 months and after this the wine stays for another 4 months on tank after blending. All the bunches were de-stemmed in 2019. |
