Lots of dark and red fruit on the nose, blackcurrant, cherry, blackberry. Nice power with a slight tannic presence and a hint of mint which brings a nice freshness.

The Grenache vines are planted on a limestone plateau facing north, near the town of Puéchabon. The vines are around 30 years old and the vineyards are farmed organically. The grapes are harvested and destemmed manually. |

Spontaneous vinification with indigenous yeasts with a 30 day maceration. Aging for 24 months in oak barrels aged 1 to 3 years. After vinification, the wine is blended and stays on tank for two more months to rest. The wine is bottled without filtration. |
