Pommard 1er Cru 2022
Domaine C & G BoillotIt has a beautiful ruby red color. The wine has a lot of structure and a rich bouquet with ripe red and black fruit, but also something orange. The taste is broad and rich with fine notes of wood aging. Beautiful example of a Pommard.

About the winemaker
In 2022, Camille and Guillaume started their domain in Meursault. Camille comes from a wine family in Pommard and we know Guillaume from his family estate Henri Boillot. Guillaume has made all red wines here since 2012 and, from 2020, also all white wines. The wines at this new family estate are made almost identically in style to those at the family estate. Vinification integral for the red wines and a classic white wine making for the white wines. The difference is the élevage, which is slightly shorter and the wines are therefore slightly more refined in style. The vineyards work organically with a biodynamic approach.
