A shorter ageing than the other wines with the "sur lie" indication, but still 10 months. The wine is excellent to accompany oysters, but also older mature cheeses such as Comté. Beautiful mineralic style with good acidity and a long aftertaste.

About the winemaker Domaine Brégeon is found in Gorges, one of cru's within the Muscadet appellation. André-Michel Brégeon started at the estate in 1975 and was succeeded by Fred Lallier. Fred Lallier came in 2011, together with André-Michel Brégeon he worked the vineyards and vinified the wines in the first years. Soon he decided that the domain should work organically and so, as of 2019, all the wines are certified organic. Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation and a very long lie-contact (up to 60 months) makes the wines of this domain unique. Fred Lallier has been working completely independently at this unique domain since the 2019 harvest.

Vineyard	The vineyards of Domaine Brégeon are found around Gorges in the Muscadet appellation. The soil here is rich in granite and siliceous clay. Vines for this wine are over 60 years old.
Vinification	Manual harvest and low yields. Due to frost damage, the yield in 2020 was extremely low and Fred had to buy in some grapes. After entry, a gentle pressing and fermentation and élévage in glass tanks buried in the ground of the cellar. In this, depending on the vintage, the wine stays up to 30 months before being bottled. For the 2019 vintage it was 10 months.
