| Vineyard | The vineyards of Domaine de la Paleine are planted only with chenin blanc and cabernet franc and measure 35 hectares in total. In 2010 they switched completely to organic winegrowing and thus no pesticides and/or herbicides are used. The soil consists mainly of calcareous clay and flint. Planting density is 4,500 vines per hectare. |
