Vineyard | Vineyard was planted around 1996 and covers about 2 hectares with a planting density of 6,000 vines per hectare. The soil consists of a kimmeridge terroir. The so typical limestone rock that Chablis is known for. In the vineyard they work completely organically and therefore do not use herbicides etc. |

Vinification | The grapes are cold stabilized after harvest and vinification is done in the most natural way possible. After this, the wine is stored in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Bottling is 13 months after vinification. |
