Juicy red wine made from classic Rhône grapes Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre (G.S.M.), originating from the Languedoc. A bright red, full-bodied, aromatic wine with fresh and jammy red fruit, black fruit, sultry spices, and refined herbal notes. Generous and juicy on the palate with plenty of ripe fruit, smoky nuances, and a spicy finish.
Delicious with cold meats, grilled and stewed dishes, and spicy cheeses.

About the winemaker
In the south of France, we work with Xavier Roger and Cédric Duquenoy. With their team they make a series of wines with the appellations of origin IGP Pays d'Oc, Côtes de Gascogne, Vin de France and IGP Hérault. Mostly wines from one or more grape varieties, they provide everyday wines. Wines with a recognizable taste for the grapes, which are at the basis of the wines. Wines with an excellent price-quality ratio, which are often used as house wines by our relations in the gastronomy.

| Vineyard | Like an amphitheater overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the Languedoc-Roussillon region stretches across 200 km of coastline, between the sea and the mountains. On sun-drenched slopes, the vines of Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Mourvèdre thrive on clay soils dotted with dry stones, ideal for optimal ripening. |

| Vinification | After complete destemming, maceration and fermentation takes place for 8 to 12 days at a controlled temperature of 24-28 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation, after which the wine ages for 6 to 10 months in concrete and stainless steel tanks before the final blend is assembled. |
