About the winemaker
The Walter Nardin winery was founded in 1922 by Vittorio Nardin in Roncadelle not far from Treviso. Walter started at the age of 18 alongside his uncle and worked as perfectionist as his grandfather in the vineyards and cellar. At the beginning of this century Walter took over the business and together with his wife and sons he works in the spirit of his grandfather: great attention to the vineyards and modern vinification.

| Vinification | The grapes are hand-picked in early October. Then, after careful selection, they are gently pressed. The grapes undergo the fermentation process, for 30 days, in large steel vats at a controlled temperature of 22ºC. Further aging of the wine is also done in steel vats for a period of 6 months. After this, the wine is bottled. |
