A rich, powerful white wine from a fairly young vineyard owned by the Boyer family. Lots of white fruit and a nice wood tone in both aroma and taste. The wine has a lot of structure and ripening potential.

| Vinification | At Boyer-Martenot, all grapes are handpicked and, once received in the cellar, pressed with a pneumatic press. Fermentation is temperature controlled and the upbringing is on 225-liter wooden casks and on concrete eggs. One third of these barrels are new and total lagering is 20 months. Once a week there is batonnage. |
