Structured and refined on the palate with notes of citrus zest, white tea, minerality, lively acidity, and a complex, lingering finish. A gourmet wine, perfect with refined vegetarian dishes, (grilled) seafood, white meat, and aged cheeses. Serve at 15°C.

About the winemaker
Damijan Podversic is a leading winemaker from Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
