Damijan PodversicDeep golden yellow color with amber-gold highlights due to the maceration of the skins. Aromatic nose with notes of (dried) stone fruit, blossom, honey, and spices. Structured and refined on the palate with notes of citrus zest, white tea, minerality, lively acidity, and a complex, lingering finish. A gourmet wine, perfect with refined vegetarian dishes, (grilled) seafood, white meat, and aged cheeses. Serve at 15°C.

About the winemaker
Damijan Podversic is a leading winemaker from Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. He is one of the pioneers of artisanal viticulture in the region and is known for his terroir-driven wines with long skin maceration and minimal intervention. With a focus on indigenous grapes, he creates complex, gastronomic wines with great depth and ageing potential. The estate operates entirely organically and biodynamically.

| Vineyard | From a south-facing vineyard on Monte Calvario, at an altitude of 140 to 180 meters, with soil rich in sandstone and marl, planted in 1994, 2002, and 2004. |
