Elegant and refined on the palate with juicy yellow fruit and soft tannins, followed by a fresh, lingering, and clean finish. A gourmet wine, perfect with scallops, (grilled) seafood, light pasta dishes, risotto, white meat, vegetarian dishes, and soft cheeses. Serve at 15°C.

Damijan Podversic is a leading winemaker from Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
