Jeff Toering, an Australian engineer with Dutch ancestry, set a goal after a career in the Australian Air Force: to create the best possible sommelier knife. Code38 sommelier knives are designed and manufactured for wine professionals. Every aspect of design and functionality has been thought through. This makes Code38 the right choice for continuous use in a demanding environment.
