About the winemaker
Jeff Toering, an Australian engineer with Dutch ancestry, set a goal after a career in the Australian Air Force: to create the best possible sommelier knife. Code38 sommelier knives are designed and manufactured for wine professionals. Every aspect of design and functionality has been thought through.
