Deep golden yellow color with amber-gold highlights due to the maceration of the skins. Aromatic nose with notes of stone fruit and honey. Complex and refined on the palate with notes of candied citrus fruits, honey, minerality, soft tannins, and a pleasant bitterness in the lingering, clean finish.
A gourmet wine, perfect with refined vegetarian dishes, quiches, (grilled) seafood, seafood risotto, and poultry. Serve at 15°C.

About the winemaker
Damijan Podversic is a leading winemaker from Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. He is one of the pioneers of artisanal viticulture in the region and is known for his terroir-driven wines with long skin maceration and minimal intervention. | Vineyard | From the south-facing vineyards of Gradiscutta (planted in 1991) and Monte Calvario (planted in 2003), situated at an altitude of 110 to 140 meters, with soils rich in sandstone and marl. |
