About the winemaker
Rafael Cambra received his oenology training in Montpellier, which is a breeding ground for the young innovative generation of winemakers in Europe. Back in his' Valencia, he had the opportunity to lease two parcels of vineyard land. On these vineyards cabernet sauvignon, monastrell, grenache and cabernet franc are planted, which are the basis of the ecological wines. Recently, however, Rafael has also begun replanting autochthonous varieties of the region such as arco, bonicaire and forcalla. The results are astounding.
