About the winemaker
Aline Gutowski was born and raised in Provence and always dreamed of her own rosé. A rosé that matched her search for quality. With her knowledge of the region, she selected a number of vineyards and hired a talented winemaker. All this resulted in this elegant and delicate rosé. Aline is assisted by Johanna Dayer, a Swiss who is also involved in one of the best wineries in that country.

Details
| Vineyard | The vineyards, biodynamic practice, are found in the best part of the AOC Côtes de Provence, where the soil is rich in shale, calcareous clay. The vineyards are located around Thoronet and Lorgues. |
|---|---|
| Vinification | The different grapes are harvested separately at night and then pressed evenly without any maceration, to preserve the floral notes as much as possible. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. In order to preserve as much fraicheur as possible, malolactic fermentation is blocked. |
