About the winemaker
Today, the estate controls 35 hectares of vineyards. These vineyards are found, among others, in prestigious Grand Cru villages such as Avenay, Chouilly, Epernay and Mareuil-sur-Ay prestigious terroirs in the Champagne region. The house carefully selects the parcels, each of which has its own contribution to one of the two top cuvées and which are all worked according to the rules of organic viticulture. Chardonnay has a large contribution to the various cuvées and comes mainly from the Côtes de Blancs. For the CUVE 38, the grapes come mainly from Chouilly, Oger, Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Vertus and Cramant.
