An old Austrian fieldblend-tradition (Gemischter Satz) is being revived. The variety of different grape varieties results in a layered aroma palette and good tension. Refreshing, subdued spiciness, low in alcohol and pleasantly invigorating.

Perfect aperitif, or as accompaniment to the first white asparagus or with light fine starters and salads.

About the winemaker One of Austria's most successful winegrowers in recent years is without a doubt Rudolf Rabl. A winegrower who has managed to perfectly combine tradition and progress. Rudolf has several harvest moments. 70% of the harvest is first picked and vinified per vineyard. The remaining part is later picked and vinified under the name Vinum Optimum. Rudolf Rabl is an avid supporter of spontaneous fermentation and has been able to refine and implement this more and more in his wines in recent years. Very long contact with the peel is also his way of working. Rudolf Rabl's wines in our range give a very good idea of the possibilities that his wines offer the gastronomy.

Vineyard	The different grape varieties result in a layered aroma palette, with aromatic exuberance and tropical fruit from muskateller and rivaner, juicy and floral character from traminer and pure freshness from the welschriesling.
Vinification	Rudolf Rabl works with spontaneous fermentation in his cellar. Thus, no yeasts are added or other additives to trigger the fermentation. Vinified entirely on stainless steel and thus all the fresh fruit aromas are well preserved.
