Domaine C & G BoillotRich dense crimson. The bouquet also shows a depth of ripe plum and red fruit, with a good crystalline backbone. Rich complex fruit, with the wilder Renardes character. Lovely long aftertaste with a glossy rather than tannic finish.

About the winemaker
In 2022, Camille and Guillaume started their domain in Meursault. Camille comes from a wine family in Pommard and we know Guillaume from his family estate Henri Boillot. Guillaume has made all red wines here since 2012 and, from 2020, also all white wines. The wines at this new family estate are made almost identically in style to those at the family estate. Vinification integral for the red wines and a classic white wine making for the white wines. The difference is the élevage, which is slightly shorter and the wines are therefore slightly more refined in style. The vineyards work organically with a biodynamic approach.
