About the winemaker
Founded in 2025 and part of Artémis Domaines, Vignoble des Cabottes is one of the newest wineries in Burgundy. With 35 hectares of vineyards, divided into, among others, 10 hectares of Grand Crus and 22 hectares of Premier Crus, winemaker Frédéric Weber has a unique terroir at his disposal. Many vineyards are being farmed organically, but certification will follow. Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne, Chevalier-Montrachet, Beaune 1er Cru Grèves Vignes de l’Enfant Jésus, and Meursault 1er Cru Perrières are just a few of the prestigious vineyards belonging to the estate.

| Vineyard | Vignoble des Cabottes is the principal landowner of this famous Grand Cru just above Le Montrachet. The house managed to acquire the 19th-century vineyard on the four different terroirs of this Grand Cru. The soil is rich in limestone and marl. The total surface area of this Grand Cru is 7.59 hectares, and Cabottes owns 2.33 hectares. |
