About the winemaker
Château de Tréviac is a 20 hectare estate, owned by Arnaud Sié, with a wonderful history. Generations of passionate about their work have built, stone by stone, the walls and cellars of this Château. The Corbières is a high altitude rugged and stony terroir where vines endure the sun. The vineyards are alternating with the typical ‘Garrigue’ scrublands. An intriguing climate dominated by warm influences from the Mediterranean Sea alternates with a cooling dry Atlantic wind called 'Cers' from the northwest. Corbières from Château de Tréviac is certified organic. The chateau uses natural fertilization, accompanying plantings and plowing to promote a balanced ecosystem and healthy soil.
