Family estate in Mailly, a village classified as 100% Grand Cru, situated on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims. Operating since 1975, the estate owns vineyards throughout the Montagne de Reims. Beautiful vinous Champagne with a high percentage of reserve wine. The wine has a beautifully pure and taut style and a pleasant finish. Good brioche and plenty of white fruit. A delicious glass from a small, unknown, top producer.

For over 200 years, this prestigious house has been renowned for its elegant and perfectly styled champagnes. Perfectly styled, fine champagne of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Clear notes of citrus, floral, and quite expressive. Long, refined, clean finish.
- 1 bottle of Champagne Leclaire-Thiéfaine - Cuvée 00 - Terre Blanche 1er Cru. Avize – Côte des Blancs - 100% Chardonnay. A small-scale family estate where passion for terroir and the pursuit of the highest possible quality converge. Today, the young Constantin Leclaire heads the house as winemaker. A subtle blend of tradition and innovation results in a refined and elegant style and a pure interpretation of the Avize terroir. Notes of white fruit and citrus, floral and refreshing, refined mousse and hints of dried fruit on the palate, minerality, and a long, refined finish. An excellent aperitif wine.
