About the winemaker
The Domaine Henri Boillot was created in 1885 and since 1975 the grandson of the founder has been at the helm. He also founded the négoce in 1995 and propelled the domain to great heights. Since 2008, Henri's son, Guillaume, has been involved in the domain. At first, Guillaume only had responsibility for the vineyards, but since 2019 he is also fully responsible for the vinification of all wines. This puts the next generation at the head of this wonderful wine estate. With vineyards in Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault and every year as a négociant the disposal of several Grand Cru's like Clos de Vougeot, Latricières-Chambertin, Chambertin Clos de Bèze, Le Montrachet and many other appellations, it is a unique domain that belongs to the top of Burgundy.

| Vineyard | The Grand Cru Chambertin from the municipality of Gevrey-Chambertin covers an area of nearly 13 hectares with 55 individual parcels. Several owners produce powerful and structured wines here. The soil is calcareous, mixed with clay and pebbles. |
