Vineyard	These wines come from various vineyards found throughout South Africa. From Paarl, Swartland, Stellenbosch, Cape Point to Elgin and the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley.
Vinification	The white wine was made from 54% chenin blanc, 14% roussanne, 11% semillon, 4% viognier, 4% sauvignon, 3% muscat and 3% alvarinho. The red wine is based on 56% syrah, 15% mourvedre, 9% cinsault, 6% grenache, 5% tempranillo and 9% red blend.
