About the winemaker
One of the most notable and small domains in Montalcino is the domain of the Härri family. Pablo Härri from Switzerland and Claudia Ferrero from Piedmont came to Montalcino in the early 1980s. They met while working on a large wine estate in Montalcino. One thing led to another. First of all the 3 daughters: Silvia, Giulia and Pepita. At the same time they bought a house in Podera Pascena, in the southern part of the Montalcino appellation. This is where the history of this small winery began in 2009.
