Details
| Vineyard | The Clerget family's holdings in the aop Bourgogne pinot noir have increased significantly since 2022 through the acquisition of several vineyards. The vines can be found in the lieux-dits Longbois and Les Durots, among others. The soil here is rich in alluvial deposits. |

| Vinification | The vinification at Thibaud is highly dependent on the vintage. Vinification entière one year and no vinification the next, use of new oak depends on the appellation of origin etc. This Volnay Village, however, never has new oak. The upbringing in 228 liter oak barrels is 12 months and after this the wine stays on tank for another 4 months after blending. In 2019, all the bunches were de-stemmed. Six barrels made in 2019. |
