About the winemaker
In 2022, Camille and Guillaume started their domain in Meursault. Camille comes from a wine family in Pommard and we know Guillaume from his family estate Henri Boillot. Guillaume has made all red wines here since 2012 and, from 2020, also all white wines. The wines at this new family estate are made almost identically in style to those at the family estate. Vinification integral for the red wines and a classic white wine making for the white wines. The difference is the élevage, which is slightly shorter and the wines are therefore slightly more refined in style. The vineyards work organically with a biodynamic approach.

| Vineyard | The domain owns just over 0.5 hectares on this lieu-dit in the appellation Puligny-Montrachet. The vineyard was planted between 1930 and 1952 and the vineyard was purchased in 1985, making it one of the last additions to the range. The soil consists mainly of clay and limestone. |

| Vinification | At C & G Boillot, "élevage" is a precise process. The vertical press is important for white wines. The élevage is 12 months and the contact with the lees ensures the unique character of the wines of the domain. Tonnelier for all barriques is Tremeaux. |
