About the winemaker
Domaine Costal is a collaboration between the renowned American wine importer Kermit Lynch and Chablis farmer Jean Collet, which arose after a discussion during a "barrel-tasting" in Collet's cellar. Today, Domaine Costal offers from Petit Chablis to Chablis Grand Cru, mostly from grapes sourced from organically farmed vineyards. The vinification varies from wine to wine, there are wines with only stainless steel as well as wines aged in concrete and French oak.
