| Vineyard | No fewer than eight different lieu-dits form the basis of this wine. The municipality of Puligny has a calcareous and clay-rich soil, so characteristic of this municipal appellation, a village that has the most beautiful vineyards in the world within its borders. |

| Vinification | At Pernot-Belicard, all grapes are picked by hand and pressed in the cellar with a pneumatic press after receipt. The fermentation is temperature controlled and the fermentation takes place in wooden barrels of 228 liters.
